UPTREND - We now have a confirmed uptrend according to IBD which rhymes well with the bullish seasonality. There are very few low risk setups but as we get a pause in the coming days we will likely see more opportunity.

PATIENCE - We are just seeing an attempt of a bounce which requires having the patience to wait for the market to stabilize. After the market stabilizes there will be more and more trades setting up. Until then it’s best to stay away and just wait for more signs of a bottom. Let’s keep in mind that the 10-year cycle indicates that 2015 will be a roaring bull market.

CAPITULATION - Studying the price action of the past days it’s clear that we are seeing capitulation. This can be seen as panicky “get me out now” price action where forced selling occurs which can be seen by the impulsive nature of the move. This is completely normal in a bull market where prices tend to be corrective, or wiggle up slowly, in the up moves and impulsive on the down moves. The 10-year cycle indicates that 2015 will be a roaring bull market, don’t let this price action scare you.
